2 book-related things:
(1) I didn't know if you've seen it, but Preston/Child have a new book out with Agent Pendergast. It's called Fever Dance (I think). I just came across it at the store yesterday.
(2) I saw on Goodreads that you have The Physick Book of Deliverance Dane listed to read. Coincidentally I just started it earlier this week at the recommendation of a friend. It's pretty good and totally up my alley (being a history major and going through the thesis process and having done a lot of research on Salem). Just wanted to say that (so far) I recommend it.

My sister already had Fever Dance, so I read it in Hawaii. She didn't think it was one of the better ones, but I really liked it. It was set in a very different location than most of the other books, and you really learn a lot about Pendergast's life. There's a page in the back of it where the authors say they're coming up with a new character to follow, but they're still going to write Pendergast books too.
I read Deliverance Dane on vacation as well, I must have marked it wrong on Goodreads! I really liked it as well. I went to grad school in Rhode Island and almost went to Salem for Halloween one year. I keep trying to convince DH to be an instructor at the Navy Supply School since it recently moved to Newport, RI and if that happens I definitely want to go to Salem and take the witch trial tours.
