We have a beautiful grape arbor in our backyard. I trimmed it last fall and now it has come back really thick. Lots of green grapes coming in. Last summer was our first one here - so they all just went bad. Anyone know anything about harvesting grapes or making wine????

Only certain grapes are good for wine. We have grape vines next to our garden, and we actually are going to try to make balsamic with them this year. there are lots of articles online regarding uses, however, I would find out the type of grape you have first.
