You're moving to SE?? What part? I love SE Portland. Actually I love the entire eastside. I miss living in NE, but am loving our new house in NoPo.

yep!!! it's not 100% yet, but we should find out tomorrow
they're just running the credit check, then we've got the place! It's a rental house in sellwood....it's smaller than our current house but we think it's oh so worth it because of the location. it's 2 bedroom, one bath with a small fenced backyard 
we're excited because we figure it will force us to downsize like crazy. also new seasons will be walking distance which is HUGE in our mind! we're so excited to be able to walk and bike to things...something we can't do right now. we can't wait! i'll keep everyone updated, i promise! cross your fingers that the credit check comes up good (and i don't see why it wouldn't) --- yay!!! we love the east side too!
and the jen -- if you read this --- the first thing we're going to do when we move is join 24 hour fitness...wanna be my workout buddy???
