Good morning, all, and happy Monday! I don't know about the rest of you, but I sure could have used a 3 days weekend. This weekend ended up packed pretty full, I'm looking forward to taking it easy this week.
Here's our menu for this week:
Monday: Arugula and Proscuitto Panini w/ coleslaw and veggies and dip;
Tuesday: Ham and Swiss Crescent Braid w/ tossed salad;
Wednesday: Leftovers;
Thursday: Spicy Chipotle Chicken Spears w/ Cantaloupe and Watercress Salad;
Friday: off to Calgary...road food!
