City Ordinance help..
Why the hell cant I find Lansing's city ordinace on pets? I found E Lansings by accident. In EL a pet owner may only have 4 dogs, 4 cats or a combination adding up to 4. So that got me thinking... We have a total of 6 
Does Lansing have a similar ordinance? And why cant I find anything talking about pets?
