Re: My first Pacific NW summer...
I'm with you! When I moved here in late Oct, everyone said "Oh, just wait until spring and summer-they're gorgeous here!" and well...I was still wearing a fleece and shoes yesterday. Not proper summer attire-not even close!
However; OR is still beautiful this time of year...I can't get over how many shades of green there are!

I hope so, too! We're going to Alaska so late in the year that we're pushing it for having decent weather. Hopefully a late summer here will mean a late summer there, and we'll all have sunny weather into November or something. : )
Bah humbug! I want sunshine, dammit!!

Amen, sister!!! lolololololol
My best friend is visiting on July 7th & she called me to tell me she bought a cute tank top for her trip. I told her that I am still in jeans & my fleece so make sure to pack something to put on over it. I do hope she gets to wear it. The sun will be out then ..... right?!?!?!?
