Anyone getting the iPhone4?

I'm thinking about it as my first iPhone...but not sure how much memory to get and what apps to look at...or if I should just go with the HTC Desire.

Re: Anyone getting the iPhone4?

  • Unless you are putting a TON of music and movies on your phone, and I mean a ton...go with the 16gig. I have a 32gig 3gs and a 32gig 4 that will be here tomorrow. I plan on putting more on them, but i have 4 movies and a ton of songs already and there is barely any space used. Not even a 1/4
  • We have 3G iPhones and just got them in December so we won't be able to get them with an upgrade. We'll just wait until November 2011 when we can upgrade. :)

Thanks!  I won't keep movies on them...probably put on then take off to make room for others.  Sounds like the 16gig would work best for me.

  • I wasn't even using 2 GB on my iPhone 3G, but I still opted for the 32 GB iPhone 4, because of the ability to record 720p HD videos and 5 mp photos...that will take up more space than ever before.  Not to mention, I think I'll be recording a lot of video since I can edit them with the iMovie app!

I got mine yesterday and I adore it!!  It is so much better than my 3G.  I'd recommend it over any droid phone!

  • I have a 3GS I just upgraded, I have 32gig. I like the construction of the iPhone over the others. I also like the apps better, Found a great birth announcement with photo and very nice backgrounds. all in one shot.
