Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Performance review at work! :)
I want to share with someone, and I can't really at work because of politics.
I just had my performance review at work and got the highest rating possible! 
I got the same rating last year but management changed and I didn't think the new manager would give me a decent rating. (Actually, the new manager is probably the main reason I changed jobs internally. But long story there.)
