Yeah this is sick. I always hoped he had put his demons behind him.  But it appears he has not.  I feel terrible for the girl and her family.

It would be cool if you put this guy's name in the title, because when I think LT I think LaDainian Tomlinson the TCU running back who was drafted by the Chargers and will play for the Jets next year.

Me too.  The only LT is LaDanian.  This other fool is not LT.

Anyway, this is an old story.  I heard the girl came out and out and said"it was weird, he didn't even have sex with me." There is supposedly a witness to her making that statement.  Who knows...

Me too.  The only LT is LaDanian.  This other fool is not LT.

Lawrence Taylor was "LT" before LDT was born (or still a babe, don't have time to look up exact dates).  One of the things that bug me about LDT (and there are many whiny, flawed aspects to his persona) is that he insisted people refer to him as "LT", as if he were on par with the original LT.  Especially since the proper presentation of his initials is LDT (based on his use of the capital D).  That would be like a rookie basketball player whose initials happen to be M.J. insisting folks refer to him as "MJ", Puh-leaz. And, yes, I know I sound old and crotchity here, dangnabbit!

Oh, I know Lawrence came before LaDanian... But my mind sees LT and automatically I think of LaDanian.   Did he actually ask to be called LT, or did the media just start calling him that?  If he didn't ask for it, it's not like he can help it.
