I'm pretty sure it's 500.  Then 2000 to hit silver.  I think I got that many from all my time on the health & fitness board (when I was being good about it!).

I think replies count. Let's see - I have 6,454 before posting this (omg I spend too much time online)...

Heh on the TTCAL board, they would have an "ask me anything" thread just to get post counts up - but at least they were answering questions so it made it entertaining lol.
