Any Landscaper or Gardener Recommendations?
Our backyard is overgrown with weeds (some taller than me) and we want to take out 2 trees (1 is over 2 stories tall growing around telephone wires and what not, the other is small but old).
We got a quote from a friend of friend. The guy said he'd cut down the trees for $700 not including stump removal. An extra $50 for stump removal for both of the trees. And another $750 for taking out all the weeds.
It just seems like an awful lot of money. Maybe it's not. I don't know. So, I want to get more quotes. But I don't want just another Joe Blow.
Have any recommendations?
Re: Any Landscaper or Gardener Recommendations?
It's probably not that much (esp since power lines are involved). I think we pay $600 a few times a year just for trimming trees (3) 2 stories tall. A large part of the costs relate to the fees for the disposal and transportation of the tree (or removings)
Not sure who we use since H deals with it but hopefully this info helps!
I guess the tree removal isn't so bad, but the cost of the weed removal still seems high. I'm used to friends doing it for us in trade or us doing it ourselves.
