In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Seriously?
I'm the human resources director and I long ago accepted that means I do some unusual tasks. But today I get to tell a guy that he can no longer take his dog on the road with him or keep the dog in a crate during our events. Its a good dog but the guy travels in a company vehicle, lots of other people are around, this limits which hotels he can stay in, and the dog is crated in another company vehicle. The dog must be miserable and now the employee will be angry with me.
