My husband is the manager of a data center downtown. Basically, it's a colocation center where bigger (and smaller really) companies house their computer back up servers and such. Like if a Hospital were to lose all their computer stuff on site, it is also stored at my husbands center...
For the most part he sits on his butt and watches TV on his computer all day, but then there comes times where he works day and night (like last night, didnt get home til 6 this am) and it's stressful. But he likes it and it pays the bills!

He's a full time student working on his PhD in Statistics. Through the University he does statistical data runs for two different research grants.
It's fascinating.

He's a metal fabricator at a hot rod shop-- he makes custom one-off pieces for $200k+ cars. It's pretty awesome, I'm always amazed at the ideas he comes up with and to know the vehicle he spent all day beating with a hammer is worth the same as our house! LOL
DH is the Senior network systems engineer at his company. He supports the hardware & software for medical practices in AZ.
alex is genesis commercial electrician. the company he worked for (over 5 yrs) went bankrupt last yr and alex was one of their very last employees they laid off. hes been unemployed since november last yr and been working doing random jobs for family, friends, and referrals. on monday he was offered a temp to perm job!!! on his own we were making okay money but hes was offered a pretty decent salary with this job. (alex helped taylor's hubby with some electrical work last wk)
This is awesome. There just aren't enough special ed teachers around these days.
Mine does communications/public relations for a company.
he's a powerplant mechanic. works for SRP so he's the one making the power your using to run your AC's this summer.
pays the bills and the benefits are awsome. really great company to work for

He'd the Deputy of Counter Intelligence (DCI) ... or in normal people words, he is in charge of the geek squad at one of the Best Buys. He just loves to be called the Deputy though

He is the Client Services Manager for Elevate. It's an up and coming festival ticketing company planning on taking over the world. The company started 3 years ago with 3 employees, they're up to 7 now. And they started with only 4 festivals and now have over 25. They're even doing VooDoo in New Oreleans!! That is a huge thing. The plan is to have Ticketmaster or Live Nation get so pissed about them stealing their clients that they buy them out for mega bucks. Cams brother Jason started/owns the company, and he's done this before. He had an amusement park ticket selling company, and Travelocity bought him out.
Didn't expect that to be that long...
