So first how do you make a badge thing and also how do you add other peoples badges to your blog?

You can make a badge in any photo editing program (even Paint works). It's usually 150x150 pixels. You just decorate it however you want.
You can add others badges to your blog by getting the code under the badge (Like Stacy and I have), and then you go to blogger layout, Add a Gadget, add the HTML gadget, paste the code there, and save. Voila!

I'm trying to make mine better as well. I'm having issues though lol. I need to sit down and put some time into it. but i'm trying to get next months posts done too. Bleh. Blogging is hard. lol
