Got my iPhone 4 Today!

A day early!

I pre-ordered through Apple and it came today, a day earlier than I expected since launch day isn't even until tomorrow...

So far so good, the display is really nice on it...

I've read that people are having problems with screen defects and the new antenna's on them but mine doesn't seem to have any of these issues...

Anyone else out there got one early?

I got mine yesterday too.  Love it!  Thankfully no issues with yellow screen that many are reporting!  It is a HUGE leap from my 3G!

Yea I had a 3G also.  It's hard to believe that they can keep making these so much better.....

I'm super jealous! I missed the pre-order (I couldn't get through the system) So i'm stuck waiting until the 14th of July....

Mine just got here, but I have to return the 3gs that I bought a few weeks ago before before activating it. I don't think I will get to the AT&T store until tomorrow morning.  It does not seem much thinner to me, but looks cool.

how is the reception? i'm reading reviews that there is a part of the phone that, if held, causes the reception to drop immediately. it seems that if you have a case though, you're ok. true?

I have had no issues with my reception, but if you get a case it should help, plus I think they plan on doing a software update for it next week

I just got mine today.  I also upgraded from 3G.  I am loving it so far.  Has anyone heard when the otterboxes will be out?  I just got a cheapo cover at the store today, and I hate how bulky the otterboxes are, but they're good protection. 

What are some of your favorite apps?  I am finding myself wanting to venture and find more apps to play with.

Some people are having issues with reception when the turn the phone side ways or something. It has to do with an internal magnet strip (from what the tech told me). Apple is being pushed to do a recall but so far allmSteve has said is not to turn it that way (or somewhere along those lines) lol. Regardless, they need to fix that bug. Even with the upgrade, people should not have to pay for inherited defects. I still can't wait to get mine though .
