idea for a 4th of July cocktail
DH and I are hosting a 4th of July BBQ at our house. Does anyone have any cool 4th of July cocktail recipes?

If you want something colorful, check out this page from Hostess with the Mostess. For shooters, you could do the "red, white, and blue shooter". You can also search it on youtube to see what it looks like. If you don't care about being color matchy, do the regular stuff like lemonade and vodka or the Southern Comfort Slushie someone posted not that long ago.
Last year I made a white wine sangria that was a hit.
1 bottle of dry white wine
Handful of Blueberries
Handful of Raspberries or strawberries
Ginger Ale ( I don't remember the amount of this- maybe 2 cups?) If you google Sangria you can find a ton of recipes.
Easy- and festive looking.
We are making the American Flag drinks that we drank on our honeymoon in Jamaica a few weeks ago!
Fill 1/3 of a clear glass full with frozen strawberry daiquiri
Fill next 1/3 of the class with frozen pina colada
Fill the remaining portion of your class with Blue Curacao
