Good morning and Happy Thursday! Thursday is my favorite day! I just love knowing the weekend is right around the corner.
We are in home repair hell up here in Northeastern PA! Today is day 1! Wish us luck! I'm glad I'm working today and only have to hear about it from afar!

What kind of repairs are you doing?
I'm so excited the weekend is almost here. Back to the gym tonight as we haven't been in a week because my IL's were in town. I feel so gross. BLAH!
We have some roofing repairs to do, some plumbing repairs, have to add a fire wall/ceiling in the garage and have some electrical and septic work to do. It seemed like a lot and was way overwhelming but we found a great general contractor who eased our worries and our pocketbook!! Hopefully it's not too good to be true!!
I'm sad. Things didn't work out with me going to the wedding this weekend. I was all about to order the ticket, and then the cards changed with my situation at work.
But I'm happy that I was at least able to book them their wedding night hotel room.
Jaye, you're too sweet. She is super lucky to have a friend like you. Sad that you didnt get to go but at least you were able to do that and you will see her soon. But now when she has her baby, you can go out there now. It all works out for a reason

I'm feeling a little sluggish this morning, but last night was so worth it! I went to a Kimpton Women In Touch event at the Firesky last night. It was SO much fun! Oh my goodness! We had champagne galore, a margarita making contest, 3 course meal (each paired with a different wine) and lots of laughs. I already loved Kimpton hotels, this just made me love them even more!
I'm looking forward to seeing Toy Story 3 with Vanessa tonight! Woo hoo! Other than that, not much on the agenda for the day. Just trying to make it through the day.

It's actually a relief that the decision was in a way made for me - I couldn't leave work Friday. I'm so excited about their hotel though. The people at the hotel were sooo nice with helping me make this special for them, and I think it's going to be perfect.
It's weird all the hoops you have to jump through though to book a hotel for someone else internationally!

Case face has his calculus midterm this evening, and if he doesn't pass we'll lose our financial aid - no pressure. Sooo....yeah....if anyone would like to cross their fingers, it'd be much appreciated!
