Lettuce... question...
I planted lettuce this year and it's growing quite nicely!
Question... when you pick it, do the leaves re-grow or is that the end of that plant? I feel stupid for asking, but I have no clue? I also don't want to pick it too soon, but feel it's getting close to time.

It seems like it depends on what you're growing. My head lettuce (buttercrunch) doesn't seem to regrow though if I don't cut the head close to the soil, the center leaves continue to grow. My greens (argula and mescluns) do re-grow a couple of times.
It's my first time growing lettuce too, so this only what I've noticed happening in my veggie bed to date.
Just looks like the normal green leaf from the market.
