As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

YAY!!
another little update! i finally heard back from the valet company claims department. they will pay for my bills, but i only get one check cut. so i have a year to claim for it. not too bad. stinks that we don't get it now, but i will more then happy wait since they will cover it.
i am feeling a little better. still stiff and sore. i am doing my stretches every night and i think the shot is finally kicking in.
