I know a bunch of you said that there is a new plan for weight watchers. I can't really remember what it was called. I was thinking of joining WW again (and my husband said he'd do it with me) but wasn't sure if I actually had to join since I have a print out of most of the points, etc. TIA.
Re: Weight Watchers Gurus
Would you be able to share your points info with me?

And here I was thinking I was all original and stuff! haha...i love the name, it's so pretty! I guess great minds think alike!
It's called Momentum. Not really sure the point of it (no pun intended, lol), except that there is no more Flex or Core. Everything has a point value and has to be counted. The foods that used to be "core" are now considered filling foods and they encourage you eat those. They also have something called "set points" where you eat until you are satisfied and not weigh or measure anything, but you count what you have eaten at a higher value.
I think you have the old info, you should do well, but I find it easier and I lose better when I join and go to the meetings.

Sure - as soon as I dig them out at home, I will either scan them, or copy them and mail them to you. We just renovated, so it'll be a little bit before I find them, but I definitely have them!
I never went to the meetings before. I just did the online WW because I really didn't have time to go to the meetings. I"m thinking of maybe just joining for a month or 2 just to get the gist of it again, and then quitting.
Thanks so much!
I did it online for about a year before our wedding and since then I just do points -- I know the plans are changing but points works really well for me so I stay with it. I haven't paid for it (with the exception of a few meetings to see what that was about) since February 2005.
I love WW -- I've found the ONLY thing I have success with is to count my points and stay at 20 per day. It makes the most sense (counting calories would obviously work too but I am comfortable with the points). I also take Saturdays off altogether.
