GMO Pocket Shopping Guide

A few months back someone posted a website where you can get  list of all non-gmo and gmo companies.  I believe it could even be ordered in pocket guide form.  Anyone know the website?

I have something like that that I got at a Dave Matthews Band concert last year, it's pretty neat.

  • Yup, that's it!  That version doesn't print quite right though.  I've modified it so that it prints properly double-sided, e-mail me at elaine dot dubin at gmail dot com if you'd like it.  Here's how mine turned out.  I keep it in my purse, it works great!

  • Thanks for posting this. I was just at the store agonizing because I didn't know what brand of bread flour to get. I couldn't find any that said no gmo's on the back.  Then I found an organic brand which I think means no gmo's, but it was all-purpose, not bread flour.  I stood there for 10 minutes trying to figure out what to do!
  • whew, I just read that there is not GMO wheat. close one!
  • I can't remember every little GMO item either.  Concentrate on the Big Four:  Soy, canola, cotton, and corn.  So any variation of any of those is GMO, including all their oils.  I go for things made with sunflower oil.  Lots of products use the ubiqituous "vegetable oil" or "sunflower oil and/or canola oil" or another GMO oil.  If you're having trouble finding a particular item non-GMO page me or send me a PM, I've probably found a non-GMO version.
