Re: Weekend Updates
It's PRIDE WEEKEND here in NYC!!! YAY!!! We usually go out but we may just do the parade this year. Not really sure. I kind of feel like we're getting to old to hit the lezzie clubs. LOL! I was thinking about having a little party in out new apt for our gay couple friends who don't really like the club scene.
Other than that not much. It's been HOTTTTT lately so I'm just going to try to stay as cool as possible!!! LOL!

Tonight. NOTHING. We are grilling and relaxing. L has worked 70 hours since last Saturday and we are all beat. Once the kids are in bed I am sure we'll watch Friday Night Lights (love that show!) and go to bed early.
Saturday. We need to drop my car off to be repaired (tire/brakes/oil), do our weekly shopping at the Amish market, and meet my IL who are coming in town. I have no idea what we are going to do with them - it is supposed to still be really hot. Thankfully, I talked L out of going to Mt Vernon.
Sunday. We are all taking the kids to see Toy Story 3. We need to make sure the duo get a nap since last weekends' "2 days with no nap" was such a disaster, we don't want to repeat it.
I am just happy to have L around all weekend. It is a rare treat.
We're still recovering from our road trip so we'll probably stay in tonight and watch a movie. We are babysitting on Saturday for a friend. They're our favorite kids on the planet so I'm pretty excited about that. At some point we need to do some serious gardening.I'm having a dinner party Monday so I'll be cooking all day Sunday.
My office server will be down this weekend so I'm looking forward to not doing any work.
