Restaurant recommendations for bday dinner?
DH's birthday is this Friday- we've only lived here for two months so we haven't had a lot of time to try out a lot of restaurants. I'd like to take him to dinner somewhere. The big catch is our 17 month old DD- she will be coming with us to dinner so it has to be family friendly (meaning, offer something on the menu she'll eat too). DH is your typical steak-and-potatoes guy, but also doesn't mind Italian (we're still trying to seek out a good hole-in-the-wall mom and pop place) either. Any recommendations- specifically south of the 8 (I know I'm limiting our options, but I'm trying to factor driving time with a toddler too....) TIA!
