Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I just got a shot of....
cortisone from my foot. I feel a million times better, except now my neck is stiff....oh boy! I am a mess. I would never wish this plantar faciatis (sp?) on anyone....after 8 months of walking with a limp or walking with pain, I can walk like a normal person!!!!!!!!!! IT doesn't even hurt now when I get up out of bed or at the end of the night.
