As for games, the host should have games as part of their demonstration.

At every one I've been to games were designed by the consultant from the company.
We put Sex & the City episodes (or the movie) on in the background. It was fun during cocktails/while the consultant was setting up her presentation.
We also always did party favors for everyone who came to the party. They were super simple but a lot of fun. Ours usually had candy, a small sample-sized tube of lube, condoms, lip gloss, etc.
I had a passion party for my lingerie party last fall. The hostess just made a rap/hip hop soundtrack for the iPod so I don't remember any specifics.
We did play some fun games though. All of the guests wrote down their favorite sex positions and I read them all aloud, no names so no one would be embarrassed if they didn't want to be. (Although some confessed, and we learned a lot about each other) We also used play-dough to see who could mold the best penis. idk, you might find that one childish but after a few drinks people come up with some funny stuff.
