Wop recipe ?
A few weeks ago you posted a recipe for a warm blue cheese dip with bacon and garlic. Have you ever tried making it ahead except for baking it, which is the last step?
Do you think it would work to cook the bacon and garlic, mix the remaining ingredients and refrigerate for a day or two before baking and serving?

I've never let it sit before baking, but I bet it would be fine. If anything it would help the flavors really meld together.
