  • STUPID TARGET!!! It's just that it's so convenient to go in there for like 1 or 2 things then come out spending at least $50. That place is evil!!!

     Shoes are my weakness.

It sucks though because my son's daycare is on the second floor of the Jewish Community Center here and I have to walk up a boatload of stairs every morning!  And I'm carrying him and his lunch and it's too much!  I wear flats now daily because of this...

  • Coach! That store breaks the bank everytime I go in there. Luckly, I haven't had a reason to go in because I have not liked any of their lines in quite a while.

.... and Target... I go in for paper towels, I come out with everything BUT papertowels....  including an excuse to go back tomorrow, haha!

  • Target, JCP, Hobby Lobby, Michaels and Dollar Tree.

Yes, Dollar Tree. I went in yesterday to buy Hubs some of the AZ Tea they have there and wanted to only buy 10 of them, I came out with 40 dollar worth of stuff. Target is the same way too, I go in for one or two things and come out with a lot more. JCP is the same, I go in for a shirt and I come out with a new outfit and the Hubs gets one too.

I went to Hobby Lobby to find a paper gift for a friend and I got that, my kit for my Wilton class, icing, two Picture frames and a heart basket. The same with Michaels, I love to bake so the baking section gets me all.the.time.

  • I would have to say Ikea.  When going to stores I always have a budget of what I want to spend and stick pretty close to it.  But, since Ikea is so far away I tend to splurge when I go there.
  • Disneyland?  Does that count as a store?  Ok, how about World of Disney?  =)

Otherwise, Lane Bryant, Fashion Bug, and Dress Barn.  I tend to stay away from them until I really need clothes because I seriously have little to no self control when I'm buying myself clothes.

  • same as everyone, target. i don't really buy anything for myself anymore. so at target it's always stuff we need for the house, or stuff for dominic that he doesn't really need but i feel like he does

  • Shoe stores really get me all the time but I've been staying out of stores to avoid spending so what do i do.... shop online. Endless.com keeps sending me e-mails so i just go to look and end up buying a few pairs of shoes. i'm so bad. but they're so cute!

lame confession i went on the hunt last week for the half off designer shoe sale. I was a woman on a mission and i didn't find the pair i origionally wanted but found another pair that were so awsome i bought them. They are being shipped and i'm debating sending them back. buyers remorse sucks big time.

  • Target mostly....though since the budget is so tight I really haven't gone shopping for anything but necessities in a long long time.

  • Tar-jay!  Love that red bullseye!  Also, costco, goodwill, and dollar tree too!

If I had way more money I'd spend it at Anthropologie and the mac (as in apple, sistah Jenn) store.

Jenn--I wanna see your new eye look!

  • AE & TJ Maxx 'n more...LOVE TJ Maxx 'n more.  It's really gonna get bad once we get a house!  I also spend too much money on Vera Bradleys.

  • Target for sure.  I will find any excuse to go there I love it so much!  Today I was so proud of myself, my BFF and I went there (we can make a whole event out of going there, getting Starbucks and just walking around) and I only spend $10!!
  • Since we've been a pretty tight budget, I avoid all my usual money trap stores (Old Navy, Nordstrom, MAC, Sephora)  So I'll go with Target.  All those little "this is only $5" items really add up.
  • I totally forgot about Sam's Club.  Oy, I can spend so much in that place....

I love Dollar Tree and also the 99 cent store.  I never walk out without spending a TON.

  • Target is the WORST. It's right around the corner from us and several times a week I'll pop in to buy 1-2 things and end up spending over $50.

I also have a real weakness for Ikea, and the merchandising of Williams-Sonoma *kills* me. I want to buy out the whole dang store.
