Fourth of July Parade ideas needed
Every year, the people on our lake do a boat parade for the 4th. This year, my sibblings and I got the idea that we want to enter. However, we want to do something a bit more unique that the normal Statue of Liberty in the front of the boat. There will be three of us and we will be in a speed boat. Any ideas??

I keep thinking of "american" songs that you can blast from the boat:
- Born in the USA - you can dress up like babies
- American Woman - this would work if you're all girls and you can dress up like beauty queens
- American Pie - maybe the Madonna version. You could wear red, white and blue aprons, oven mits and chef hats

growing up we had a parade in our town every year too. one year we were all human fire crackers.
took 2 hula hoops and wrapped red t-shirt material around it to form a tube the length of our bodies. made straps to go over our shoulders to the hula hoops.
we had helmets with sparklers on the top of them that would be lit and replaced by one of our aunts. it was pretty awesome ;-)
