As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Excited about weight loss group
Ladies, I am so excited that we are going to be checking in with one another on here! My BFF and I are doing WW together (well, she is doing it online and I am on my own) so we mostly text each other with encouragement. Then I have a few coworkers that are trying to get healthy and I even started walking with them last week. So between all of these options, I should feel realllly accountable! LOL
