Twilight movies
Am I the only one that hasn't seen any of these movies or read the books? There are a group of ladies at my work who are so excited for the new one to come out tonight and I just have absolutely no interest in them. Please tell me I'm not alone!

Can't wait to meet my baby boy!
I've seen Twilight, but it was so bad that I will never see it again and I only saw it because it was on a channel that was free for the weekend. The acting sucks, Kristen Stewart cant act to save her life and the camera moved too damn much. I have the book, I read three pages and put it down and now it's collecting dust, I should give it back to my friend. I want to see New Moon just because I've seen Twilight and then that means, I will see this new movie coming out when its on DVD or TV. But I wont see New Moon unless it's on TV or someone lets me use their copy.
But I am for Team Jacob because he is hot, lol

FWIW.... New Moon is MUCH better then twilight (acting wise). The sets are so much better as are the colors and all that stuff. I love both movies but New Moon was absolutely better with the effects (and the acting).
I am looking forward to seeing all three movies at the theater tonight. I just hope I am not dead on my feet tomorrow, haha!

I'm on team Twilight rocks. I will be at the Biltmore this evening to watch it at 8. I can't freaking wait.
For the record - the first movie sucked. It was good to watch as someone who read the books and loved them, but that movie is horrid in the realm of movies. NM was better, but I'm hoping Eclipse does the entire series justice.

Um. I'm with you. I do. not. get. it. Especially if you are older than like 14...
Seriously, no offense to those of you that love it. I'm sure people say the same thing about my Disney obsession.
But I have read SO many summaries of these books as an English teacher (independent reading projects), and the plots - just wow. And trust me, I'm not just a stuffy English teacher who looks down on anything that is not a classic, or anything like that. I just think the writing is bad, bad, bad.
Although, I am finally reading Harry Potter books for the first time, and I am enjoying them a lot more than I thought I would.
