As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Does the Y ever have special's on joining fee?
Joining fee is $80 (for the household for the location we would join), anyone know if they ever waive the joining fee?

Yes, there's a few times a year where they offer 100% off the joining fee. I thought it was usually in the spring and maybe the fall?
The pp had a great suggestion. Definitely check to see if you or you're DH's employer offer some sort of discount as well.
