how to find a rental

My husband and I are interested in moving to the UES or UWS, but am unsure of where to look. Any tips?

Re: how to find a rental

  • things that i've had good luck with...

walk around the neighborhood(s) you're interested in and go into any buildings that interest you and ask if they have vacancies - many do, and then you don't have to pay a broker fee!

walk around the neighborhood(s) you're interested in and see what real estate offices you stumble on and what they have available.

  • You can also try craigslist.
