Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I'll make this short. It's kind of a long, confusing, not many details kind of story.
Chris' cousin Kent is in ICU on life support. I don't know all the details as to what exactly happened.. His wife took him to the ER late Thurs night/early Fri morning. Sometime Friday morning he coded... He's been on a ventilator ever since.
they took him off the medicine that induces a coma... he didn't wake up & he doesn't not respond to anything/anybody.
Yesterday they tried one last medication to wake him up, or to get some response. Nothing.
they took him last night for another scan & a brain wave test.nothing.
so today I guess we are waiting for a call to say they took him off the ventilator. They have been saying they were going to take him off since Monday, but the Dr wanted to do a few more things I guess.
Kent is in his late 40's i'm guessing. not for sure. He is married (his wife is actually chris' cousin) ... he has 3 kids & 2 grandsons.
so yah. crappy.
Also, T&P for the two families in Tampa yesterday who lost their Dads/Husbands. If you didn't hear 2 officers were killed in the line of duty early yesterday morning.
