Popsicle Molds

I have a little boy who LOVES popsicles, but I hate buying the store bought ones, because they are loaded in sugar.  I decided that I?m going to start making my own, but didn?t have any popsicle molds and I didn?t want to buy any.  So, today while eating my yogurt, I thought that the individual yogurt containers would make really cute popsicles.  I usually just recycle the containers, but now I am going to start saving them.  I hope they work.

Re: Popsicle Molds

  • Yup they should work!  Keep the foil/plastic lid part, and cut a slit in them for the popsicle stick.  You can make easy popsicles out of juice, and a little sugar if you LO has to have it.

  • Good ideas! I bought my popsicle molds at a kids consignment sale for 50 cents. I usually blend berries and vanilla greek yogurt in the magic bullet and then freeze in the molds. Ds LOVES them.
