How are you doing? I haven't been on this board in a long time, but I thought I say I quick hello!
Re: Hitched*
I just saw your crabcake post. Crabcakes are better eaten out. I never cared for my own crabcakes compared to restaurants. I think I have only made them once on my own, and it's been a long time. So don't feel bad for never making them.
I remember making a crab dip in the dorms (junior?) year and taking it to the professors house (had a end of semester party). Everyone else brought things like cheese/crackers, lil' smokies... and I brought crab dip! Hahaha. So easy to make- 1 pack cream cheese, 1 container crab meat (Phillips Brand... 8oz. I think), and Old Bay to taste. Microwave until cheese melted and warm. Served with crackers. You can't have food without Old Bay around! I am still amazed they sell Old Bay in jumbo size containers out here. I don't know what for.
Yeah I made crabcakes for the first time a few weeks ago. They turned out pretty well, but I'm like you I would rather have someone else make them for me. LOL
When is your HS reunion? Not sure when ours will be.
