Hellooooooo free agency.

I know not a lot of people are NBA fans, but it's finally July 1st.
I'm interested to see how things will shake up. Anyone got any predictions on where the big names will land?

IF Lebron goes to Miami I will shoot myself in the face.

Personally, I hope LeBron stays with the Cavs, Dirk stays with the Mavs, Wade stays with the Heat and Bosh joins Wade. I'd be amused if all this speculation was for nothing, and this free agency period wound up being drama-free.
Of course, that's probably not the way it's gonna go...so if LeBron DID leave, I'd love to see him in Chicago. That'd be awesome. But all this talk about LeBron, Wade and Bosh on the same team is just nuts. Whoever landed that trio wouldn't be able to afford anyone else...that totally won't happen.
Not a LeBron fan? If he wound up down there...that would be a total shock.

My gut says he will stay in Cleveland. I almost feel like he thinks he needs to bring home a championship to his home state, you know?!
What I really don't get is all of these analysts sitting here talking about how he's going here, or there, or whatever. All of the reports coming out are contradicting one another. No one, other than the free agents, has a clue!
I am hoping now that Doc has renewed his contract, Peirce will stay in Boston.
I think the LeBron story is the most intriguing. I don't think he will stay in Cleveland - just a gut feel. He wants a ring and he knows they are too many good players away from achieving that. He needs a Pippen.
