I didn't think of it until Mel mentioned her husband's white undershirts.
Do YH's wear white undershirts? I never knew any man to wear white undershirts under clothes until I met MH unless they were wearing a shirt that was unbuttoned or something. MH wears them under everything and so I have to make sure he has plenty because he gets upset if he doesn't have one. Then this has drove me to obsess over making sure they are nice and white which is nearly impossible it seems! No point to this post just wondering.

Re: Random Question
Yes MH does because he sweats a lot. Well at least that's what he told me when I asked him why he wore a white shirt under everything.
I could care less if they stay bright white though...if he wants them that way he can wash them himself
DH has to wear button down dress shirts to work, so he wears them under them at least 5 days a week. Occasionly he'll wear them under t-shirts but not too often.
DH washes the whites because he wants them bright white.
I think this is his process. He poors some amount of bleach in the washer and then keeps the lid up as the water fills in. He then lets the clothes sit in there for an hour or so and the closes the lid. It seems to keep stuff really white but it also really put stress on the clothes. So alot of my white stuff, I wash separately because I don't want the bleach to ruin the strength of the fabric.
Yeah, I don't know what he'll do if we ever got a machine like that. Can you manually turn off the spin cycle for a little bit so the water just sits? I'm not sure if it'd leak out.
(Also I noticed I spelled pour wrong above, just ignore my spelling mistakes on here)
I'm not really sure...maybe I should read the manual. I know that once I hit the start button though it like locks the door so you can't open it until the cycle is done. I guess that's to prevent it from popping open or someone accidently opening it during a rinsing cycle.
