Re: S/O of hockey post- meeting sports celebs?
Lets see, mostly sports celebs....Matthew Lombardi, Scottie Upshall, Daniel Carcillo, Mark Grace, Ian Kennedy, Miguel Montero, Ryan Roberts, Chad Qualls, Edwin Jackson and an oldie Mike Fetters.
I've met LL Cool J though that's all for music celebs. No actors

My parents were friends with Rick Schu and FP Santangelo when I was a kid, I babysat thier kids all of the time. When I was 21-22 I worked on-field for the Sacramento Rivercats (AAA team) and partied alot with Bobby Crosby, Justin Duchscherer, Mike Edwards, Rich Harden, Joe Valentine, Mike Wood, Barry Zito, Eric Chavez, Eric Byrnes and Mark Ellis. My girlfriend and I became pretty tight with most of the AAA guys, when someone got sent down from Oakland we took them out on the town after the game. She ended up long-distance dating Shane Victorino for a year, so we hung out with him and a bunch of other baseball players throughout that time.
It was a pretty awesome season!!!!!!!
I went to the same high school as Tiger Woods, so he would stop by every once and a while.
I haven't met many sports players, but have met many actors such as:
Tyrese Gibbons (I think that is his last name)
Wayans Brothers
Gilbert Godfried
Melissa Joan Hart
Lou Ferigno

that's funny, my cousins ex dh played for the quad city riverbandits. he's an agent now. yay aaa!
I grew up a huge 49er fan and when I was little I went to a party with my dad and met Joe Montana, Roger Craig, Ronnie Lott and a bunch of other huge Niners!
Present day. . .I was the Catering Sales Manger at a fancy Paradise Valley resort when I lived in Phx and I did a lot of sports celebs weddings. TONS. It was actually how I met my photog, she is a big sports photog and we became friends because she did so many of my weddings, she gave me an awesome deal :-) I did weddings for baseball players, football players, basketball players and race car drivers in the few years I worked there, and many of their guests were althetes too. It was a fun job :-)

so I used to date a guy who was a total autograph/celebrity chaser. Crazy--seriously, his dream job was being a paparazzi! Nutso! I have a bunch of photo-ops with random celebrities--some cooler ones are
George Bush, Gwyneth Paltrow with her oscar, Jack Nicholson, George Lucas, Shaq & Kobe (before I thought he was slimey), Barry Bonds, Springsteen and a bunch more. I have a cool scrapbook to show for it, but the relationship was junk.
Also when I used to do a lot more film production and did all the Suns spots (and you all know how I feel about the Suns--swoon) -- In fact I asked my secret luver Steve Nash to rub my pregnant belly--he just laughed but Raja Bell did it!

we've def met more singers/actors than sports celebs: candace cameron bure, rihanna, pete wentz and all of fall out boy, nicole richie, shakira, katy perry, and jimmy kimmel

I met Kirby Puckett when I was in HS because I worked for a non-profit that he supported. And a couple of the San Diego Chargers supported the non-profit I worked for in 2008. Oh! And I met the entire MN Twins team from 2002 because my friend was a bat boy and I got to hang out in the Club House once after the game.
Now celebrities... I've met so many I don't even remember them all. One of the perks of working in show biz. And I was married to one once (a down side to working in show biz... never marry a child actor, ladies!!). And my cousin is pretty famous and her Dad is even more famous (but I'm not really related to him).
