i hope this works....
when I'm down i tend to buy things. shoes in paticular and my latest purchase came with some buyers remorse. Now i got these at half price but i need to know what you think. keep them or send them back.

i never buy shoes with a purpose. i find places and events to wear them to. I would pair these with a dress or a skirt and wear them out. either dinner and coctails. formal balls and parties and occasionally to work when i'm feeling especially daring.
these are designer shoes and i was told by co-workers they are red carpet worthy and have seen them on the likes of Queen Latfifa and Alicia Keyes. I havn't seen them in any pages of the magazines just fell in love with them online and hit purchase on a wimb
I think they would be perfect for everything you mentions but i just personally wear them to work lol i think they are too out there for me
but if you can pull it off girl you go for it! 
I'm a total retail therapy girl too - and my weakness is definitely shoes! I personally really like tham and think you should keep them. They would look great with a LBD or a nice pair ot dark denim!
**Disclaimer** I should probably warn you that I am not the best person to take shoe keeping advice from. I own well over 120 pairs of heels at this point.

i wear flip flops 99.9% of the time, and i could buy a shitload of flip flops for 400 bucks! hahaha. i couldn't spend that much on anything like that.

Very cute...but they look painful to me....
The biggest heal I have is 1.5 inches...lol....I tend to break ankles or fall on my (_______Y_______) wearing stuff like that....
My sister's wedding is coming up and I told her to let me know ASAP when she chooses her shoes so I can practice walking in them....thank GOD for groomsmen to hang on to...lol
