Concerts at the Zoo

I am going to the Zac Brown Band at the zoo tomorrow night.  I have never been to a concert at the zoo.

Does anyone know if you can use your zoo membership to park?  Which lot is better to park in?

TIA!

Re: Concerts at the Zoo

  • You should get there early.  If you can, park in the broadway lot.  I think it was $5.00 last time but it's literally in front of the amphitheater.

I don't know if you can use your zoo membership or not.  I assume you mean to park in the trail lot.  It's a pretty long walk across and over but it's up to you.  You might want to call and ask if it's free or not though.

You "could" try to park for free at Walbridge park and walk down a half block but again you'd have to get there pretty early.

  • Yes, you can use your membership to park for free.

Don't park on Broadway, they will charge you b/c the city owns that lot.

  • we've parked down at the lighthouse/six pack on the river and walked to the zoo before.  doesn't cost you anything.
