As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

The power of suggestion
All my sister does is complain about her job, how she's broke and misses out on holidays and family stuff. On Sun while waiting for fireworks, she texted me and asked what I was doing. I told her I was on the boat etc, and she says I thought you'd say that, I'm stuck at work, blah blah whine whine.
I texted back, Don't know what to tell you, it's nice to have a job. And that this can give her a goal to find another job so that she doesn't have to work on Labor Day in Sept. I got no response to that.
However, on FB she posted "Labor Day is the goal - Thanks J
" So I'm crossing my fingers this lights a fire under her and she will try to find a better, more stable job.
