Goodbye to my last foster dog for a while
We are on break from fostering when Arly goes home. She goes home in 4 weeks. It will be nice to have quiet again (we have had a foster straight through since Feb 1 with Blue, then her) but I will miss her. My dog is realllllllly going to miss her. I have never seen my dog bond to a foster like she has with this one.
We thought we needed some one-on-one time with P before we turn her entire world upside down in December. Ha.
It is going to be so strange (and hard) to not foster for a while. I have been fostering since 2005!
Re: Goodbye to my last foster dog for a while
I don't think my dog is going to be the least bit interested in the baby until it crawls, but we'll see. We are doing a good amount to prepare her, so I think she'll be fine as long as I'm relaxed and okay
Hopefully we have an easy going enough baby to be ready for a new foster by the spring. We'll see. We can't do anything but play it by ear!
Yay, congrats on placing Arly!!
And I'm sure your pretty little lady will be just fine with baby!
