We were buying our dog food (EVO, red meat large bites) from Family Pet in Portland but DH noticed that they started selling purebred dogs.  We don't support pet stores that sell animals (unless they are aiding a rescue organization), so we're looking for a new pet store.  Where do you guys get your fancy, premium dog food at?

We go to Pet Barn on Cornell and Saltzman.  They're locally owned (only one location) and have a good selection and comparable prices.

Salty's on N. Mississippi is great. Although, they are no longer going to carry EVO (we buy EVO cat food & recently switched brands) Apparently, Proctor & Gamble recently purchased the company so many independent pet stores don't want to support the brand.

Thanks for all the recs! DH will check out the shops closest to his work. We're going to stick with EVO as long as the formula remains the same. Rambo's IBS makes it hard to find a food that works well with her delicate GI tract.

We order our Evo Red meat from Oregon Pet Supply, they deliver for free!
