I have a friend who has been in a crazy roller coaster of a relationship for about 5 years. They have a little girl who is 4 so they have tried to make it work, but they finally decided it's just not going to happen and they are going their separate ways. They are always fighting and in the end it's best for all involved that they not live together... the part I don't get is that he's moving back to Minnesota to the town he grew up in. HOW can you move that far away from your child, and how as a mother can you be thrilled that your childs dad is moving that far away?
I can understand her being happy about him moving out of her house... But he will be 10+hours away, that just seems sad to me.
Re: I don't get people.
I could see being happy about the move if he treated them badly (name calling, etc), but if he is actually a good Dad and stuff then yeah that doesn't make sense. I'd be ticked if Kevin tried moving away from Skyler - she is 4 and it would break her heart. If A moved ... different story.
