  • Thanks!

No real big plans (at least that I know of) Probably a nice dinner out somewhere.  We thought about staying in Scottsdale a night, but decided to just lay low, and save some moolah.

What about you guys?  Any big plans for you?

  • DH has plans but wont tell me. All I know is that I have a half day on the 16th and the 19th off. We are flying somewhere but he said I wont know till I print out my boarding pass. I have some ideas where we are going  but I am exactly sure. I don't even know what to get him since he is planning this for us.

Oooh you should stay in Scottsdale like Jenn W did, that looked like fun. Their are probably some good deals out there. If not, a low key day with your Hubs seems really nice as well. I wouldn't mind that at all.

  • Oooh!  I'm excited for you!  I can't wait to find out where you guys are going!!  Where do you think it is?

We actually have a free night stay at the Firesky in Scottsdale.  But I don't know... I kind of go back and forth on whether or not we should use it for our anniversary, or for another time.  We really are in save mode, so although the hotel stay is free, we'd be eating out a lot.  And that's money that could go towards our vacation.  I'd rather live it up in California, and be low key here.  We'll see...

  • I'm thinking San Francisco again because the last time I was there, I didn't get to see the Golden Gate Bridge because it was tooo foggy. And because I really want to see Wicked and it's playing in San Francisco. That is the only place I can think of, since it's a weekend thing. But he did say he has a couple of ideas/places, so I am not sure.

Oh yeah, Disneyland in what, October. I would save for that then, Cali is always fun.  I would then have a low key thing here, maybe make a since dinner for you two.

  • Fun!  That'd be awesome if you got to go to San Fran AND see Wicked!

We actually bumped up the California trip to September now.  My bff wanted to go in September, and then come visit here in October.  I'm not complaining, I'll get to see her two different times! :)

We need to get together again!  Mabye after your anniversary trip we can meet up for dinner or shopping or another movie or something!

Yes, we need to. Just let me know when. I think I am pretty much free after our anniversary.
