Re: you know who bugs me?
All I know is I read SB saying she was going to try out for American Idol because her mom is "making her." And I was thinking, surely everyone told her this would be a huge waste of time and standing in line and be totally boring. BUT NO. Everyone is all, you have to go, live the dreeeeeeeam. I was kind of surprised. Then I see CN Idol talk and assume SB is going to be uploading some opera video and posting it here, and I feel embarrassed for everyone involved.

I pretty much agree with everything Pink said, except I did not love on Moo. She left her mother living with her ex. That's effed up weird shiit.

Arg, yes this x infinity! This is what bothers me. Moo showed up and we got a little bit from Fallin, but the people I expected to attack seemed to stick with a thinly veiled, "Do you gchat?" message. I don't get why people can't just say it instead of expecting everyone else to react the way they think we should.
As to CGT, I really do hope it's funny stuff. I mean, I do want to hear SB singing for real, but the other talents displayed better be guffaw-inducing. And Groomz better show up to do critiques because you know those will be awesome.

I find her FB post to be entertaining but I've been weirded out about her just up and moving in with new guy. I would love to ask her a bunch of questions but I don't want to be dumped. And assuming that she would dump me is probably a total inslult to her and weird. But that's my deal.

I'm no longer going to contribute my Daniel Plainview impression to CGT. I won't be able to give it 100% if my focus is tainted by anger.

Fenton, for the record, I don't expect to make it. But spending one day at an audition, which I've done plenty of times before (not this big of one, obviously) is not a huge waste of time if it means getting my mom off my back and not wondering if I should have tried out when I'm older. Either way, I will not be sporting a poorly put together Rizzo costume for AI auditions so I think I get the difference between the two.

I'm hanging out in fallin's cello case today, I guess. Why the hell would we discourage SB from auditioning?? Maybe it would be a lot of standing around but wtf do I know - I've never heard her sing, maybe she is awesome.
And who cares if you stand around a lot - she should go for it if she wants to do it.
Is it just because it's not "cool" to try out for AI? Is it because "oh there's no way you're good enough"? I'm not understanding why we should not have been supportive.
