... photo blankets or pillows (as seen here).  I'm inclined to think they're a little creepy, but I understand it's up to personal taste.

Ehh...one big photo would personally creep me out a bit.  However, when I graduated HS, one of my friends received a gift from a family member of hers...it was a homemade quilt, and every other square was a picture of her or her and her friends.   The pictures weren't huge (maybe 4x6) and didn't jump out at you, they kind of blended into the rest of the material that the quilt was made from.  It looked really nice, and I know she loved it and still has it today.

Pictures of people--definitely creepy.  Something like a landscape photo has the potential to be tasteful.

I really like quilts with small photos on them....but this is a littlecreepy.  I could maybe see if a little kid had one with his parents on it to sleep with or if their parent was overseas....

I don't care for them.  We have landscape ones where I work and those do look nice though.

Now that sounds cute. The big photos are beyond creepy though, IMO.

I have a quilt that was made for me at my HS graduation with pics of me and my family and friends as I was growing up, similar to the one MrsMuffin described. That one I love.

If it had some design to it, it might be okay. But that kind of stuff is kind of weird... I wouldn't know how to display it.

My coworker makes gorgeous quilts, and includes photos in them, but they're really pretty and tasteful, and have meaning to them. But I think that's totally different.

I think if it had like a pet on it or a place you really liked or something it's ok. Or maybe if you had a relative in a nursing home you could get one with like grandkids on it or something...other wise, no, it's pretty creepy.
