STARVING
but I don't want to push my luck by taking my car anywhere... It hates me just enough at this point to break down and get me stuck in 100+ degree weather for hours. Why can't there be any good food within walking distance from my office?

a LAUNDRY list of problems... I have to go look for a new one this weekend. Hopefully I can do it tonight and find something so it doesn't hurt my weekend plans.
I work at Southern and 48th, there's a subway up the street so I think I'm just going to go there..

Sorry to hear about your car problems that stinks! Are you going to go check out Carmax... i got my car from there and i was surprised that they gave me $1200 trade in on my piece of shiz Chevy Malibu....

I work very close to you- but just started so no clue where there is anything..... any recommendations? Oh where is Paradise Bakery?!
I usually just go to Chipotle, Jamba Juice, Paradise, Sonic and Taco Bell - I am still looking for really good lunch spots.
There is a paradise in the Mall but since I HATE AZ Mills with a passion, I go to the one on Ray and the 10. Chipotle is on Baseline and I think 28th street (I think?) Jamba Juice there is one on campus, but I go to the one in Ahwatukee - Ray and Ranch Circle North (or maybe south), sonic is at baseline and 48th, Taco bell is at 48th and... I think that is Apache, buit I don't know for sure (between southern and University.
Oh and there is a Sacks Sandwicherie on Hardy and University and Essence Bakery too, Starbucks is also right there.
