Diatomaceous Earth

Is there anywhere you have found that you can buy DE locally?  We have a real issue with millipedes here and although I'm not sure DE will work I at least want to give it a try since it's safe.  I have found several places to buy it online but it is really expensive to ship it so I'd rather be able to just pick it up.  Thanks!

This.  Most hardware stores should probably have it too.

EEK EEK EEEEK! Do NOT buy it from a pool supply store!!!

There's a difference between D-Earth used in pool filters and food-grade D-Earth...the difference being the food-grade is 100% safe for your family and pets....the pool-grade not so much (if ingested it will POISON you or your pets)

I found mine at a local holistic vet --- we use it to keep the fleas away...see if you have a holistic vet by you!

Just a quick google search brought up this site: http://wolfcreekranch1.tripod.com/defaq.html
