dad funny (about vampires)
apparently, my late-60's parents went to the imax earlier this week to see "eclipse". mom's read all the books, and i think my dad's seen the movies. anyway, as they are standing in line waiting to go in, my mom reports that my dad asked her, "now, are these the sparkly ones (twilight), the true blood drinkers (sookie stackhouse books and hbo show), or the one with the rascally brother (the vampire diaries)?" i got a good chuckle out of that! it's so hard to keep all the vampires straight.
